Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall operations of guest services, front desk, and housekeeping departments, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and service standards that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Mentor front-line staff, supervising performance and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Design and execute pricing strategies, seasonal promotions, and packages that optimize occupancy and profitability throughout the year.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, service providers, and vendors to ensure high-quality materials, amenities, and services at competitive rates.
- Supervise reservations, group bookings, and event coordination, ensuring smooth execution of banquets, receptions, conferences, and special events.
- Proactively handle guest feedback and complaints, resolving issues with professionalism and turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and service standards to ensure consistency, cleanliness, and adherence to brand expectations.
- Maintain comprehensive records of budgets, contracts, staffing, and departmental activities to support management decisions and audit of supplies.
- Drive initiatives to enhance guest loyalty, personalized services, and high-touch hospitality offerings.
Prerequisites:
Education: Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
Experience & Skills: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $ 37.74 to $ 39.00 per Hour for 30 hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent
Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay
